Our nutrition plans aim for 75% compliance, meaning that if you are healthy three quarters of the time, you can allow yourself the odd treat. Although the end goal is always going to be 100% compliance, this is sometimes not a realistic goal. With work and family commitments, somehow nutrition gets knocked down the list of priorities.

Nobody would expect you to walk up and fly a helicopter if you weren’t a pilot. You don’t have the required knowledge and skill set. So why would you expect to be able to eat like a nutritionist? Its achievable, but will take some time and some practice. So approach nutrition like any other learned skill – at the beginning and work our way up. So you understand why blood sugar levels are important and which food groups of the best macro and micro nutrients for you and your family.
